 Thomas Schmidt, is a Classic Car enthusiast and has collected and restored Classic Cars already for many years. My Classic life started with an old SACHS moped which I restored in the age of 15, followed by a 250cc PUCH from the fifties. I finished my apprenticeship as a motor mechanic with best score.
During studying mechanical engineering I undertook several restoration projects such as OPEL Mantas, FIAT 500, MATRA Bagheera, VW Beetles, BMW 1502, Mercedes-Benz W111 and /8 in my home workshop to finance my studies. Later on my interest went to British Classics. Jaguar E-Types and XK became my favourite. Now a small collection of Classic cats is waiting beside a MG-B GT V8 and a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow to be taken out for a ride on twisty country roads around my home located close to the French border.
 Working as a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry (LUCAS - braking systems and ThyssenKrupp - bodyshell lines) I had the opportunity to live and work in Asia for some time.
With both experiences - classics and having a close relationship to Asia I can offer Classic Car fellows in Asia a service around vehicle purchase and spare parts for European Classic Cars.
Living in the centre of the European continent I have a broad access to many private enthusiasts, collectors, restorers and dealers offering a wide range of cars and spare parts.
